The mission of SWSSC is to provide a point of access to government and organizational information and services and to provide resource assistance to our readers. Links to various web sites are provided to allow the user access to other sites on the web for industry information. The presence of a link should not be taken as a manifestation or reflection of any control, affiliation, endorsement or any other relationship between SWSSC and the operator of the other web site. SWSSC shall not be responsible in any manner for any of the contents of any web site to which SWSSC contains links. SWSSC shall not be responsible for changes, updates or unavailability of these linked web sites. SWSSC shall not be liable for any direct or indirect inconvenience, prejudice or damage to the user which may be caused by the accessing of other web sites via the Links. SWSSC accepts link requests made by federal, state, and local governments and organizations that provide information and services that benefit SWSSC's mission. At its discretion, SWSSC may link to web sites that contain information and/or services that further the purpose of SWSSC. Link requests must undergo review to determine relevance and appropriateness to SWSSC mission of providing access to DD sites. At its discretion SWSSC may require a fee for posting a link. SWSSC reserves the right to deny or remove links if it determines that a web site contains misleading or unsubstantiated claims, conflicts with the SWSSC mission, or does not meet one of more of the criteria set forth above. |
